Principe Amedeo Palace consists of 16 residential units distributed over the 8 floors of the building, all in energy class A. Two residential units per floor, therefore, to which is added a roofing floor served by the stairwell that houses the technical room at the service of the general plant engineering. Photovoltaic panels to serve the condominium utilities are allocated on the roof slab.

The project is completed by a basement floor with 10 cellars that can be accessed by means of a stairwell and a condominium elevator, and where there are 8 parking spaces. The ground floor, on the other hand, consists of a parking area for 10 cars easily accessible by car lift (entrance from Via Principe Amedeo) and without ramps for greater convenience.

The following factors characterise Principe Amedeo Palace in its predisposition for maximum energy efficiency. The characteristics depend on the technical requirements established by the works management and, therefore, they may be subject to change during construction.

  • The entire building is designed to achieve high quality standards from a thermo-acoustic point of view in order to limit winter and summer energy consumption and prevent any disturbing elements. Appropriate solutions and suitable components of insulation have been considered in the façade, in the inter-floor slabs, and in the partitions between floor units.
  • The external frames with one or more sashes and complete with hardware will consist of painted or electro-coloured aluminium or PVC frame with triple rubber seals. Shading is guaranteed by PVC or insulated aluminium roller shutters in the colour of your choice.
  • Photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity to serve the condominium utilities and solar thermal energy (elimination) for the production of DHW will be installed on the roof slab of the stairwell/elevator; a technical room will also be built on this level to house the systems serving the photovoltaic panels and the elevator machine room as well as a centralised heat pump system.
  • A winter and summer air-conditioning system will be installed consisting of a centralised heat pump, a radiant underfloor heating and/or cooling system, and a controlled mechanical ventilation system.
  • For summer air conditioning, a ducted dehumidification system will be installed to serve all the rooms.
  • The flat will be equipped with a basic smart home system, a video intercom system with video and audio connection between the entrance door to the stairwell and the flat with a single flush-mounted video monitor, with built-in audio section and door opener button. The condominium will be equipped with a fibre optic system for the internal internet connection.
