Primavera Palace consists of 26 residential units divided into two factory bodies and all in energy class A4.

Staircase A facing the strategic Via Amendola has 12 flats, distributed among 7 floors. There are several flats per floor except for the first and seventh floors where there is only one flat per floor.

Staircase B facing Via Ulpiani comprises 14 flats distributed two per floor (so 7 floors too).

The project is completed by a basement floor with 18 garages and 15 cellars. The ground floor is equipped with 21 private parking spaces, 5 of which are uncovered and 16 covered by a building or by canopies on which photovoltaic panels can be installed.

The following factors characterise Primavera Palace in its readiness for maximum energy efficiency:

  • High degree of thermal insulation of the building envelope to achieve minimal heat loss;
  • Attention to detail for airtightness to minimise heat loss;
  • Study of the positioning and sizing of windows and doors to minimise dispersion and maximise free solar contributions with the study of shading to take advantage of the sun’s heat contributions in winter and protect against overheating in summer when the sun is higher up;
  • Control of indoor air healthiness and humidity through a mechanical ventilation system;
  • High-efficiency heating and cooling systems with low energy consumption thanks to the meticulous energy design of the building envelope.

A building that requires minimal energy consumption is a building that also has low running and maintenance costs because on balance the cheapest energy is the energy that is not consumed.

The project involves the construction of the photovoltaic system for the production of electricity and/or the solar thermal system to serve the utilities in accordance with the requirements of the regulations in the field of energy consumption containment. The system will consist of interconnected photovoltaic modules connected to the public grid; it will operate in parallel with it and will benefit from the incentives in force at the time of connection.
